Tyler R. Drake, 24, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear.

Ronald D. Leach Jr., 43, 5509 Palmer Road, disorderly, obstructing.

Oct. 19

Chad E. Ingles Jr., 27, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear (three counts).

Preston K. Helsel, 30, vehicle trespass, criminal damaging, obstructing.

Olivia Howland, 19, 719 Peabody Ave., failure to assure clear distance ahead, no operator’s license.

Perry Toppins, 36, 231 N. Fayette St., failure to assure clear distance ahead.

James Ross, 21, 712 Pin Oak Place, driving under suspension, no registration.

Zachary Dickens, 32, Mt. Sterling, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Oct. 18

Chasity D. Mickle, 33, 703 Park Drive, no operator’s license, bench warrant – Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.

Courtney J. Groves, 30, 802 Maple St., leaving the scene, no operator’s license, failure to assure clear distance ahead.

Guy N. Cambell, 30, 832 Washington Ave., license forfeiture.
