According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 16

Disorderly Conduct: At 7:11 a.m., officers responded to the Blue Stone Inn in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers observed Aaron Reynolds screaming at his girlfriend, Leigh Ward, to let him in the room. Officers responded to the room multiple times and both were given disorderly conduct warnings. Both were arrested and charged.

Criminal Damaging: At 8:23 p.m., Karen Shepard reported a criminal damaging complaint. She advised that sometime over the past few days, unknown persons caused damage to her vehicle. A criminal damaging report was completed.

Receiving Stolen Property: At 10:52 p.m., Jeff Gilpen reported a bicycle theft and advised that he had a location of the bicycle. Officers located the bicycle, which was recovered by the victim. An officer had prior involvement with Timothy Dilley on the stolen bicycle before it was reported stolen. Charges were filed for Dilley.

Disorderly Conduct: At 11:04 p.m., officers responded to the side parking lot of The Keg on Columbus Avenue in reference to a suspicious person laying under a vehicle. Officers located Christy Mingus laying completely under the vehicle. The police department had dealt with Mingus multiple times with her laying in random places and she appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Mingus was arrested and taken to jail.
