According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 2

Theft Beyond Implied Consent: At 1 p.m., Rita Groves reported a theft complaint. She advised that she allowed a known female to withdraw money out of her account, but the female withdrew more than the agreed amount. A report was completed.

Theft: At 1:14 p.m., Courtney McDaniel reported a theft complaint. She advised that a package was delivered to her residence, but was stolen before she obtained it. A theft report was completed.

Menacing: At 7:27 p.m., a woman reported a menacing complaint. She advised that Michael Wagner pulled in front of her residence and made threats toward her and a neighbor. A report was completed and she was referred to the city solicitor for possible charges.

Failure to Comply Bench Warrant/Assault on Officer/Resisting Arrest: At 8:22 p.m. while an officer was on routine patrol, he observed a male who had an active bench warrant for his arrest. Contact was made with Marc-Anthony Corbin, who was advised of the bench warrant, and began to avoid being arrested. Force was used via a taser deployment. After being secured in handcuffs, Corbin continued to resist officers and would not get into the patrol cruiser. During the struggle to get him into the cruiser, he kicked two officers. He was eventually secured in the cruiser and transported to the Fayette County Jail.
