According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:
April 21
Theft: At 10:22 a.m., Jeenee Hines reported a theft complaint. She advised that sometime overnight, unknown persons stole her trash can that was behind her residence near the alley. A theft report was completed.
Theft: At 3:36 p.m., Caleb Caplinger reported a theft offense. He advised that he lost his debit card and unknown persons made an erroneous transaction using his lost card. A report was completed.
Domestic Violence: At 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence complaint. Contact was made with a man who advised that he was assaulted by his stepfather, James Riley II. Riley admitted to “backhanding” the man due to him talking back. Riley II was arrested and charged.
