The Fayette County Health Department completed the following inspections, according to reports:

FEB. 16

J’s Corner Bar & Grill, 1492 Yeoman Road. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris in pizza oven, observed microwave (inside) not clean to sight or touch.

Hong Kong Buffet WCH Inc., 1142 Columbus Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed food in walk-in cooler and small cooler without proper date marking on them.

FEB. 17

Smokin’ Joe’s, 362 Bunkerhill Glendon Road. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations noted at time of inspection.

Werner’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed fryer vent hoods to have debris on them.

Don & Marty’s Corner Pizza Carry Out, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations noted at time of inspection.

Wal Mart #3251, 1397 Leesburg Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris under racks in seafood freezer, observed debris on vents in deli and bakery cooler freezer.

El Canon, 1381 Leesburg Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed food in walk in cooler not to have a proper date mark on them.

Willow Catering, Llc., 213 Fairview Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed inspects around dish washer area.

FEB. 22

The Willow, 203 Glenn Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations at time of inspection.

FEB. 23

Kroger N-822, 548 Clinton Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed food in boxes directly on floor in bakery freezer, observed grease oil on floor under fryer, observed debris under meat case.

Pour Boys Brew House, Llc., 202 E. Court St. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed food in cooler without proper date mark, observed hoods over fryer not clean to sight or touch.

FEB. 24

Streetside 62, 2007 Columbus Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris under main grill and fryer area, observed hoods above main grill area to not be clean to sight, observed food in freezer in boxes directly on floor.

FEB. 26

Streetside 62, 2007 Columbus Ave. Follow-up inspection. Violations/comments: Grill area has been cleaned, hoods have been cleaned, crew us saying possible once a weak cleaning of floors cleaning where they pull equipment out of clean floors.

Chipotle Mexican Grill #1254, Jeffersonville. Follow-up inspection. Violations/comments: Follow-ups, chicken temperature – 151 degrees, pork – 143 degrees, beef – 155 degrees, temperature logs are up to date, kitchen manager checks chicken with thermometer while on grill.

Jeffersonville TL, Jeffersonville. Standard and complaint inspection. Violations/comments: Complaint: employee not wearing gloves preparing food, talked to manager and employees about the importance of wearing gloves. Taco line workers always wear gloves.

MARCH 4

Roosters, 120 Crossings Drive. Pre-licensing inspection. Violations/comments: Okay to operate, equipment in place, opening March 14.
