According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

March 15

Criminal Damaging: At 9:39 a.m., Jeff Bashor reported that an unknown person caused damage to his vehicle by breaking the windshield.

Burglary: At 8:04 p.m., Lester Seymour reported that an unknown person or persons entered his residence while he was away.

March 13

Telecommunication Harassment: At 9:10 a.m., a woman reported a harassment complaint. She advised that the father to her children, Brandon Francis, continues to call her for no reason. She has advised him to stop, but he has not ceased. She was referred to the city solicitor for possible charges.

Obstructing Official Business/Urinating in Public: At 6:57 p.m., officers observed a male identified as Randy Kuhn urinating on the Pettit’s Gas Station building. When approached by officers, Kuhn fled on foot. After a short foot pursuit, Kuhn was arrested and charged.

Disorderly Conduct: At 7:30 p.m., police received multiple calls in a short time frame in reference to an intoxicated male. The male was identified as Nathaniel Ryan, who had multiple encounters with officers, and was advised to cease and desist his actions. After the final complaint, officers arrested Nathaniel Ryan for disorderly conduct.
