According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 12

Theft: At 3:28 p.m., Regina Bain reported that sometime over the past four days, unknown persons stole a light-up welcome sign from the outside of her residence. A theft report was completed.

Domestic Violence: At 4:14 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence complaint. Upon arrival, it was determined that two family members assaulted one another. Jeffrey Nebbergall and Joey Nebbergall were both arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Disorderly Conduct: At 2:29 a.m., Tammy Detty was arrested after an argument with her fiance after she continued to yell, curse, cause problems, and attempt to get into arguments with officers and the male residents.

Nov. 11

Theft: At 3:51 p.m., Lori Stepter reported that items were stolen out of her vehicle by an unknown offender.

Making False Alarms/Obstructing Official Business: At 4:18 p.m., Shyann Bartruff reported that her vehicle had been stolen by an unknown offender. Upon investigating the claim, it was discovered that the vehicle was not actually stolen and Bartruff was making a false report. She was arrested in the incident.

Nov. 10

Theft/Possessing Drug Abuse Instrument/Drug Paraphernalia: At 12:19 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to a theft. After locating the offender who had walked away from the store, officers also located drug paraphernalia and three syringes commonly used to ingest drugs. Penny Myers was arrested in the incident.
