According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 1

Criminal Damaging: At 4:56 a.m., officers were dispatched to Ranchers Roast Beef in reference to a criminal damaging complaint. Unknown persons caused damage to the drive-thru window in an attempt to gain entry into the business, but were unsuccessful. A report was completed.

Criminal Damaging: At 2:37 p.m., Lester Blair reported that unknown persons punctured a tire on his vehicle while parked outside of his residence. A criminal damaging report was completed.

Obstructing Official Business/Resisting Arrest/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Tampering with Evidence/Harassment by Inmate: At 7:46 p.m., officers made contact with James Green while investigating a traffic stop. It was determined that Green lied to officers and was arrested. During his arrest, he tampered with evidence and resisted arrest. Once Green was at the jail he spit on an officer. He was charged accordingly.
