Lonnie E. Dunn, 43, Mt. Sterling, bench warrant – failure to appear.

Chelsea D. Moore, 25, 618 E. Temple St., endangering children (four counts).

Kayla S. Valentine, 26, 724 Peabody Ave., bench warrant – failure to appear.

Robert O. Hawkins III, 27, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant – failure to appear.

Michelle N. Moore, 39, 619 Rawling St., bench warrant – failure to comply.

Aug. 21

Shawn M. Downey, 38, at large, possession of drugs (fifth-degree felony), possession of drug paraphernalia.

Larry J. Johnson, 36, Greenfield, failure to yield.

Lacey R. Waybright, 24, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant – failure to appear, obstructing, possession of drug paraphernalia (three counts).

Blaine A. Bailey, 30, at large, burglary (fourth-degree felony).

Jenny Vanslyke, 41, at large, burglary (fourth-degree felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Annette E. Burris, 38, at large, possession of marijuana (minor misdemeanor), possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor), Fayette County Sheriff’s Office bench warrant – failure to appear.

Nicholas A. McFarland, 21, 3700 Coil Lane, expired registration.
