According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

DEC. 26

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: An employee of Kroger reported that they observed a male conceal merchandise and depart the store without paying for the items. The male was located by officers and identified as Donald K. Howland, who was arrested for the theft offense and he was additionally charged with criminal trespass for previously being barred from Kroger property.

DEC. 25

THEFT: Robyn Hicks reported that someone removed the rear license plate from her vehicle.
