The Fayette County Health Department completed the following inspections, according to reports:

NOV. 17

Domino’s Pizza #2241, 60 Washington Square. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations at time of inspection.

Sesame, Inc. DBA Wok & Roll, Jeffersonville. Follow-up inspection. Violations/comments: All violations have been corrected, fryer and can opener have been cleaned and look very clean.

220 State St. Inc, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed small cooler in front to be reading 50 degrees, observed food in cooler directly stored on floor owner corrected at time of inspection, observed build up of debris on cappuccino machine.

Subway Franchise, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations at time of inspection.

Roller Haven, 1640 U.S. 22 NW. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed build up of debris in small cooler.

Sunny Maple, 5675 U.S. Rt. 62 NE. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed no sanitizer testing strips to test quat sanitizer that is being used.

Pettit’s #5, Greenfield. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed food in large cooler without proper date marking, observed cookies within reach of customer without proper ingredients list.

RAX WCH, 102 Washington Square. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed roast beef in small cooler without proper date mark on them, observed build up of debris on back up slicer in back of restaurant.

NOV. 20

Holiday Inn Express, 101 Courthouse Parkway. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris under orange juice dispenser, breakfast attendant addressed at time of inspection.

The Farmer’s Pantry, 2733 St. Rt. 41 NW. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations noted at time of inspection.

Miami Trace PTO, Fairgrounds. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Okay to operate.

NOV. 22

Dairy Queen, 205 W. Court Street. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations at time of inspection.

NOV. 24

220 State St. Inc, Jeffersonville. Follow up inspection. Violations/comments: Checked small cooler and it read 39 degrees, manager changed and cleaned filter and it fixed issue, cappuccino machine has been cleaned and looks clean to sight and touch, all violations have been corrected.

NOV. 30

Grace United Methodist Church, 301 E. Market Street. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris on inside of ceiling microwave in kitchen area.

Subway 35/71, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris on inside ceiling of microwave.

Speedway 7611, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris under racks on walk in cooler, observed debris on creamer machine.

Fairfield Inn and Suites, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations noted at time of inspection.

Subway, 1377 Leesburg Avenue. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed mop being stored in mop bucket instead of being hung up to dry.

Tim Hortons, 520 Clinton Avenue. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed small cooler in front of stove reading 56 degrees, observed cappuccino machine to have debris on its rear nozzle.

Giovannis, 215 W. Court Street. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed build up of debris on pizza oven, follow up will be next Monday on Dec. 7.

Little Caesars Pizza, 105 N. Hinde Street. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris on racks in back of store that stores clean equipment.

Hampton Inn, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris build up on orange juice dispenser.

DEC. 4

Tim Hortons, 520 Clinton Avenue. Follow up inspection. Violations/comments: Follow up: cooler is now functioning properly and reading at 34 degrees.

DEC. 7

Giovannis, 215 W. Court Street. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Pizza oven has been cleaned, all violations have been corrected.
