According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

OCT. 21

THEFT/CRIMINAL DAMAGING/CRIMINAL TRESPASS: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that they observed a male removed merchandise from its packaging and conceal the items. The male was stopped and identified as Wayne M. Crabtree who had previously been trespassed from Wal-Mart property. Crabtree was arrested for the listed offenses.

POSSESSION DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENT/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA/OBSTRUCTING: Officers were called to an address on South Fayette Street reference a male using drugs at the residence. Upon arrival officers located the male along with drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments. The male, identified as Dylan M. Goen, was arrested for the offenses, during which he attempted to impede or hinder the officers and was additionally charged with obstructing official business.
