The Fayette County Bar Association filled its leadership positions recently. Fayette County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Sean Abbott will serve as president. Judge David Bender will remain as treasurer.

Susan Wollscheid is the outgoing president.

“We have a very talented pool of attorneys in Fayette County. I am looking forward to the opportunity to lead the bar association,” said Abbott. “It is my hope for the bar association to continue to advance the law and administration of justice in Fayette County.”
