Residents file taxes before deadline

Residents visited the Washington Court House income tax department on Tuesday – Tax Day – to file before deadline. With the usual annual Tax Day (April 15) falling on a Sunday and Monday, April 16 being recognized as Emancipation Day in Washington D.C., it was decided to push Tax Day back one more day to help accommodate the public.
