Jessica Huff, 25, 3931 Bogus Road-SE, Wilmington PD bench warrant, failure to appear.

Joshua Creed, 29, 3931 Bogus Road-SE, theft (two counts), bench warrant failure to comply, FCSO bench (two warrants), no operator’s license.
