In the January 2018 organizational meeting of the Fayette County Board of DD, Judge David Bender performed the oath of office for both Larry Mayer and Cody Kirkpatrick.

Larry and Cody began their third and final terms in 2018, having been previously appointed by the Fayette County Commissioners.

Cody serves on the board’s operations committee and Larry serves as the president of the board. Other board members include Caryl Bookman, Alice Craig, Mark Heiny, Janelle Mead and David Sanders.

According to superintendent Deb Buccilla, “These board members have been strong supporters of the work we do day in and day out for those we serve in this county. I am pleased that both Cody and Larry agreed to continue to volunteer their time and talents to our board.”
