RSS Staffing, 201 S. Main St. in Washington C.H., was welcomed to Fayette County and the Chamber of Commerce at a recent ribbon cutting ceremony.

The employment service firm assists employers in finding the right employee to meet their needs. Formed in 2006 by current owner and CFO, Larry Kidd, RSS Staffing puts much emphasis on finding the right marriage of clients and employees.

Recruiter Mary Ellen Hooks explained how the company uses extensive screenings and interviews to really get to know their employees.
