According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 1

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Obstructing: At 9 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Western Avenue in reference to a disturbance complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with James W. Stewart, who was intoxicated. The offender was subsequently arrested and charged with obstructing. During a search, officers located a hypodermic syringe and drug paraphernalia. Stewart was issued a summons for the listed charges.

Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication: At 11:41 p.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of Columbus Avenue in reference to a disturbance complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with James W. Stewart, who due to his intoxication levels created a disturbance inside the Fayette County Emergency Room. The offender was taken into custody and charged with the listed offense.

Larceny: At 12:49 a.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Washington Avenue in reference to a larceny complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the complainant, Beth Rittenhouse, who advised that unknown person(s) entered a vehicle and removed medication. A larceny report was taken on the victim’s behalf.

Oct. 31

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 4:37 p.m., officers made contact with David S. Hagler in reference to a suspicious person complaint. Officers were advised that Hagler had warrants from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. During a search, officers located several hypodermic syringes and other drug paraphernalia. The offender was charged with the listed offenses.

Burglary/Criminal Damaging: At 8:36 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Linden Avenue in reference to a burglary complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim, Justin Templin, who advised that a female entered the residence by force. Contact was made with the offender, Felicia M. Grim, who was arrested and charged with the listed offenses.

Underage Possession of Alcohol: At 12:35 a.m., officers responding to 425 Milikan Ave. on a disturbance call found Leanna Kidwell to be in possession of alcohol. Charges were filed.

Oct. 30

Larceny: At 12:04 p.m., Leanne Roper, of 924 Pearl St., reported that someone had stolen an Xbox One and Nintendo DS from her home.
