Oct. 1

Cole W. Hagler, 21, 630 Clinton Ave., Fayette County Sheriff’s Office grand jury indictment, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office grand jury indictment, criminal trespass.

Phillip A. McPherson, 21, West Jefferson, bench warrant – failure to control.

Sept. 30

Sarah H. Daniels, 55, at large, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keionna L. Anderson, 26, Jeffersonville, failure to control, no operator’s license, leaving the scene.

Brandon S. Warner, 33, at large, speed, failure to reinstate, failure to comply, possession of meth (fifth-degree felony).

Misti M. Fitzpatrick, 41, at large, possession of meth (fifth-degree felony), possession of cocaine (fifth-degree felony), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

Charles E. Pate, 34, at large, possession of meth (fifth-degree felony).

Shaque A. Detweiler, 29, at large, inducing panic.

Desiraee M. Miller, 20, 1131 Grace St., possession of drug abuse instruments.

Miranda M. Hagler, 21, 328 E. Court St., failure to control.

Tony L. Hartshorn, 42, 111 W. Circle Ave., no operator’s license, backing without safety, leaving the scene.

Jason K. Bice, 47, 5857 Creek Road, no operator’s license, expired registration.
