According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls.

AUG. 31

THEFT: James Miller reported that someone removed items from his residence.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Leslie Malott reported that her live-in boyfriend assaulted her. Joshua Shadley has been charged with domestic violence in the incident. Shadley was also charged with intimidation of a crime victim for making threats towards the victim after his arrest.

THEFT: A Wal-Mart employee reported that two subjects were placing lower priced tickets on merchandise, then checking out paying for the lower priced items. The subjects were identified as Daniel Speakman and Christopher Thompson. Both subjects have been charged with shoplifting in the incident.
