According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 11

Elbert F. Caudill, 70, 517 Spring Ave., failure to control.

Jamee N. Imperati, 27, 902 E. Temple St., dog at large.

James A. Saxour, 35, 611 McLean St., Washington C.H. failure to appear bench warrant.

Richard L. Campbell, 35, at large, disorderly conduct (fourth-degree misdemeanor), inducing panic (first-degree misdemeanor).

Ethan L. Lightle, 28, Bainbridge, possession of drug abuse instrument.

Sept. 10

Jeremiah D. Hall, 24, 610 S. Fayette St., inducing panic.

Anthony T. Hall, 26, 610 S. Fayette St., inducing panic, possession of drug abuse instruments.

Mark R. Wickensimer, 46, 636 Willabar Drive, no operator’s license.
