Male, 15, Washington C.H., domestic violence.

Greg S. Harmon, 38, 924 Pearl St., possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence.

Eugeni I. Mincher, 49, Schaumberg, Ill., improper backing.

Damon V. Reynolds, 53, at large, disorderly by intoxication.

Sept. 5

Kasey R. Harper, 31, at large, obstructing (second-degree misdemeanor).

Miracle D. Shiltz, 25, 707 E. Paint St., failure to register dog, dog at large.

Bradley R. Kingery, 39, 323 Forest St., aggravated menacing, aggravated menacing.

Elyza, F. Jakob, 18, 614 Willabar Drive, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).
