Brian L. Moore, 35, 315 Worley St., stop sign violation, possession of drug abuse instruments (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of meth (fifth-degree felony).

Michelle N. Moore, 37, 315 Worley St., possession of drug abuse instruments (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).
