According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

July 30

Criminal Damaging: At 7:51 a.m., Elmer J. Smith of 626 Eastern Ave. reported that sometime overnight someone damaged the tires on his vehicle.

Criminal Damaging: At 9:37 a.m., several residents on Broadway Street reported that five vehicle had been damaged by spray paint graffiti.

Disorderly Conduct/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Drug Abuse Instruments: At 3:49 p.m., officers responded to 611 McClean St. on a domestic disturbance. Officers found James A. Saxour screaming obscenities and in possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments. Charges were filed

Criminal Damaging: At 7:20 p.m., Mercedes Larch reported that Randy Frisbie punched and damaged the windshield of the vehicle she was driving.

July 28

Theft: At 9:49 a.m., an employee of Ace Hardware reported that unknown person(s) removed two flashlights from the store without paying for them.

Assault/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 8:13 p.m., a woman reported that during an argument with a known male, she was physically assaulted. The male, identified as Jonathon V. Johnson, was arrested for the offense and during his arrest, he was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was also charged with that offense.

Theft: At 8:46 p.m., Lori Wehner reported that while her vehicle was parked on Worley Street, unknown person(s) removed her purse from the passenger compartment.
