According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

July 21

Disorderly Conduct: At 12:44 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Second Street in reference to a disturbance complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Tammy Spencer, who was given a disorderly conduct warning earlier in the afternoon for her actions while intoxicated. Spencer was arrested and charged with the listed offense.

July 20

Disorderly Conduct: At 8:20 a.m., officers were dispatched to South Elm Street in reference to a male with no shirt or shoes walking down the center of the roadway vomiting. Officers located the offender, later identified as Carl L. Hatfield, at McDonald’s. Hatfield admitted to being under the influence of meth, and caused public alarm due to his actions. He was arrested and charged with the listed offense.

Theft: At 6:33 p.m., officers responded to 1650 Columbus Ave. (TSC) in reference to a theft complaint. Officers made contact with employees, who advised that a male removed merchandise from the business and departed without paying. Officers located a vehicle that matched the description given. Officers recovered stolen property. The male identified as George Baker, Jr. was arrested and charged with the listed offense.
