Male, 15, New Holland, curfew violation.

Tricia A. Wiseman, 36, 531 Columbus Ave., OVI (fourth-degree felony), OVI refusal (fourth-degree felony), turn signal violation, no operator’s license.

Crystal R. Shadley, 36, at large, possession of drugs (fifth-degree felony), disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana (minor misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (minor misdemeanor).

Michael L. Stolzenburg, 31, 1106 Rawlings St., obstruction of official business, having weapons under disability, improper treatment of firearm, aggravated menacing, possession of drug abuse instruments.

Elmer J. Smith, 56, 626 Eastern Ave., possession of marijuana (minor misdemeanor).
