Temple named to Kent State President’s List

Gilly Temple, of Washington Court House, made Kent State University’s President’s List upon completing her sophomore year. To be eligible, Temple maintained a GPA of 4.0 and completed 15 or more credit hours. Only a small group of students achieve this high honor.

Temple is majoring in fashion merchandising/media. She will be participating in the International Studies Abroad program in Florence, Italy, for the fall semester. There she will study in Florence, Milan, Paris and London.

In the spring, Temple will study at Kent’s New York Studio located in the Garment District within the heart of the fashion industry.

Kent State University was founded in 1910 with a current enrollment of 40,000 students.

Temple is the daughter of Kendra Temple and the late Lawrence Temple III, and granddaughter of Sally Petitt.
