Pat Brinkman, Fayette County OSU Extension Service Director and Family Consumer Science Educator, lead a very interesting program about making healthy choices when choosing what to eat. The group created their own veggie tortilla roll-ups, frozen watermelon popsicles and watermelon cookies.

Those attending the program were Pat Lewis, Curtis Heckert, Lilly Lewis, Holly Lewis and helping Pat were Heath Fleishman, an intern with Fayette County OSU, and Jenny Arnold, volunteer.
