Male, 17, New Holland, no operator’s license.

Clifford D. Morris, 31, at large, theft (first-degree misdemeanor), obstructing (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of criminal tools (first-degree misdemeanor).

Bobby L. Grubb, 55, Columbus, warrant for criminal damaging.

Lucas M. Slaton, 18, 832 Lakeview Ave., providing place to consume alcohol, contributing to delinquency of minor, underage consumption.

Devon M. Rhoades, 22, Leesburg, contributing to delinquency of minor.
