Commission on Aging releases menu


The Commission on Aging has released its menu and schedule for the week of Aug. 24-28.

MENU

Monday: Sausage gravy and biscuit, hash browns, warm fruit muffin, orange juice.

Tuesday: Fish sandwich, tater tots, seasoned carrots, gingersnaps, fruit.

Wednesday: Goulash, garlic bread, seasoned spinach,tossed salad, fruit.

Thursday: Chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes and gravy, cinnamon applesauce, vanilla wafers.

Friday: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, seasoned peas, unfrosted spice cake, mandarin oranges.

ACTIVITIES

Monday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. Rhythm band, 11:30 a.m.lunch, 12:30 a.m. Chair volleyball.

Tuesday: 10 a.m. exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m.euchre and Wii Bowling.

Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m.exercise, 11:30 a.m.lunch, 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball, 1 p.m. line dancing and painting class.

Thursday: 10 a.m. exercise and chorus, 10:30 a.m. blood pressure, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. bingo.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. ballroom dancing, 11:30 a.m. lunch.
