New Holland to hold Memorial Day parade and service

The Village of New Holland’s Memorial Day Ceremony will be held Monday, May 29 beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the town square where the parade will assemble.

The public is welcome to march in the parade and each child that participates will be given an American flag to keep.

Following the parade, services will be held at 1 p.m. at the New Holland Cemetery with local historian Paul LaRue as the guest speaker. The Honor Guard from the Frankfort American Legion will also be at the service.

This Memorial Day event is sponsored by New Holland VFW 8041.
