Todd Henry will be the featured speaker at the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Annual Luncheon slated for Wednesday, June 14 at the Mahan Building.

A 1991 Miami Trace graduate, Henry is an author and international speaker.

Teaching leaders and organizations how to establish practices that lead to every day brilliance, he is the author of three books – The Accidental Creative, Die Empty, and Louder Than Words – which have been translated into more than a dozen languages. He speaks and consults across dozens of industries on creativity, leadership and passion for work. His book, Die Empty, was named by Amazon.com as one of the best books of 2013.

“Todd’s expertise on creativity, productivity and passion for work will speak directly to our members and we are thrilled his is returning to Fayette County for us,” said Chamber president Whitney Gentry.

“It will also be an appropriate topic as we recognize our award winners,” said Gentry.

The organization will recognize members for achievements in the following categories – Large Business, Small Business, Quality of Life, and Innovation. They will also name the Business Person of the Year, while the Record-Herald will name its Citizen of the Year.

Members of the public are also welcome to attend. Tickets are on sale now for $20 per person. Reservations can be made by calling the Chamber office at 740-335-0761 or online at www.fayettecountyohio.com
