According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

May 3

Telecommunication Harassment: At 11:49 a.m., Sharon Boylan reported that a known person has continued to contact her via text and email after being asked to cease all contact.

Theft: At 12:07 p.m., an employee of Court House Corner on Washington Avenue reported that an unknown male concealed merchandise and then departed the store without paying for the items.

Criminal Mischief: At 4:03 p.m., an employee of Thompson’s Family Healthcare on Commercial Avenue reported that unknown person(s) removed lettering and business hour stickers from the front door.

Theft: At 5:54 p.m., Jennifer Smith reported that unknown person(s) removed her blue Acer laptop computer from her residence without permission.

Criminal Damaging: At 6:03 p.m., Todd Ervin reported that unknown person(s) punctured both passenger side tires on his Chevrolet Malibu.

Domestic Violence: At 2:39 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Vandeman Street in reference to a domestic incident. The female victim reported that her live-in boyfriend, Richard A. Cunningham, allegedly assaulted her. Cunningham was taken into custody and charged with the listed offense.

Larceny: At 10:23 a.m., Dylan R. Cline reported that person(s) unknown entered his vehicle while it was parked at Walmart and removed several items.

Possession of Drugs/Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments: At 2:56 p.m., officers responded to 212 W. Temple St. for a call of possible drug activity. Officers found Christopher Conrad and Danny Davis in possession of heroin and hypodermic syringes.

CCW/Improper Handling of Firearm/Receiving Stolen Property/Possessing a Defaced Firearm: At 8:15 p.m. during a traffic stop, officers found Shawn M. Goslin concealing a reported stolen handgun with the serial number purposely defaced.
