Jeffersonville Travel Center, Jeffersonville. Follow up inspection. Comments/violations: All prior violations have been corrected.

APRIL 18

Family Dollar, Jeffersonville. Follow up inspection. Comments/violations: All previous violations have been corrected.

Detty’s Market, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Moist wiping cloths were observed lying on the counter, a measuring kit is needed at three compartment sink for monitoring proper sanitizer levels.

APRIL 19

Country Hearth Inn, 1810 Victorian Street. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Operation satisfactory.

Walgreens #12372, 1240 Columbus Avenue. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: No recommendations at this time.

CVS Pharmacy, 1795 Columbus Avenue. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Some shelving in milk cooler needs cleaned of accumulated solids, this will help prevent possible contamination.

Sesame Wok and Roll, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Date marking is lacking in walk-in cooler, paper towels or a way to dry hands must be available at hand wash sink in kitchen, fans need cleaned of accumulated dust in walk in cooler to avoid contamination.

APRIL 20

Country Cakes and Bakes, New Holland. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Operation satisfactory, risk three because of cheesecake.

NRAG LLC Dunkin Express Mart, 700 Campbell Street. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: No recommendations at this time.

Sunny Maple, 5675 U.S. 22. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Meat slices (cold cuts) were not properly date marked.

Denny’s, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Operation satisfactory.

APRIL 21

Sunny Maple, 5675 U.S. 62. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Some cold cuts have expired and were disposed of, labels were found on top of other labels, this practice can not continue, also old used bags were used with new product, this could lead to cross contamination, inspector will be back next week.

Sesame DBA Wok and Roll, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Date marking is now current, establishment is now a risk four owner and needs to acquire a new license showing a risk four, inspector will call Yan Lin (daughter) let her know process.

Wal Mart Super Center Subway, 1397 Leesburg Avenue. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Three compartment sink is now functioning properly.

APRIL 24

Pizza Hut – Popeye’s Chicken, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Operation satisfactory, no recommendations at this time.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Operation satisfactory.

Pilot Travel Center, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Dust is accumulation on fans in walk in cooler this needs cleaned to avoid contamination, the floor of the outside freezer is littered with trash, this needs picked up so floor can be easily cleaned.

Pepperidge Farms Store #328, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: No recommendations at this time.

Love’s Travel Stop and Country Stores, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Food prep sink must be secured to the wall, breakfast sandwiches were measured at 100 degrees, fans in walk in cooler need cleaned of accumulated dust to avoid contamination.

Dollar General #2047, 1821 Columbus Avenue. Standard inspection. Comments/violations: Operation satisfactory.
