According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

March 13

Disorderly Conduct: At 4:22 p.m., officers responded to 511 E. Temple St. on a disturbance call. Donald Suttles was found to be intoxicated and making threats toward other residents in the building. Charges were filed.

Public Indecency: At 5:47 p.m., officers responded to 434 E. Paint St. on a call of public indecency. Officers were provided with video evidence of Joseph L. Coonrod performing a sex act in view of the public on his front porch. Charges were filed.

Possession of Drugs: At 8:40 p.m. while being arrested on an outstanding bench warrant, Brooklyn Graf was found to be in possession of prescription medication that was not prescribed to her. Charges were filed.

Inducing Panic: At 10:34 p.m., officers responded to 801 Blackstone on a call of an unresponsive male. Officers located Baron Blair unconscious due to an apparent drug overdose. Blair was treated and later charged with inducing panic.
