Kelsie B. Cash, 19, Tucson, Ariz., underage consumption (first-degree misdemeanor).

Madison L. Carey, 19, 402 Clyburn Ave., underage consumption (first-degree misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (minor misdemeanor).

Heather M. Sutton, 29, 72 Midland Ave., Bloomingburg, OVI, OVI suspension, OVI refusal, failure to control.

Brendon M. Lorelly, 25, Newark, Ohio, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments.
