According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:
THEFT: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that they observed a female conceal merchandise and attempt to depart the store without paying for the items. Heather D. Davis was arrested for the offense.
VIOLATION OF A PROTECTION ORDER: Alyssa Lyn Davis reported that she has received several phone calls from a known male who she has a protection order against and the calls were in violation of that order. After investigation by the officer, Todd M. Snyder was charged with the offense.
THEFT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT BY INTOXICATION: Staff of El Dorado Restaurant reported that an intoxicated male patron was refusing to pay his bill and was making threats toward them. Upon officers’ arrival, the male was warned to discontinue his disruptive behavior, however failed to do so. The male, identified as Walter David Aills Jr. was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and the theft of his meal.
