New Holland Lions Club sponsors park cleanup

The New Holland Lions Club recently sponsored a clean-up of the New Holland Community Park. The club was joined by members of the Atlanta United Methodist Church Youth Group and interested individuals of the community, to pick up trash and trim the lower branches of the trees around the park and the pond. Those participating were: Lion Janelle Carroll, Lion Paul Edgington, Lion Marty Mace, Butch and Karen Betszko, Daniella Brown, Ryan and Eddie Munice, Jordan Paulie, Ethan Paulus, Jessica and Chris Teal and Amy Thomas. The New Holland Lions Club would like to thank those who helped and invite any community minded citizen to join our club which meets the first Thursday of each month, except July and August.
