According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 17

Larceny: At 9:56 a.m., employees of Dollar General reported that Bobbie J. Zurface attempted to depart the store with items she had not paid for, and charges were filed.

Larceny: At 11:50 a.m., employees of Ace Hardware reported two males had departed the store with merchandise they had not purchased. The males were located and identified as Courtney Newland and David Dejarnette, and charges were filed.

Larceny: At 3:51 p.m., Kim Schirtzinger reported that sometime over night the last two months, someone had stolen siding off of her house at 504 Third St.

Larceny/Complicity: At 10:55 p.m., Dwayne Fox reported his bicycle stolen. Dustin Kinder and Garrett Taylor were found to be in possession of the bicycle. Charges were filed.

Oct. 14

Theft: At 3:16 p.m., Danielle Adams reported that her wallet was misplaced while shopping at Kroger. Unknown person(s) found the wallet and used a debit card that was inside to make fraudulent purchases.

Criminal Damaging: At 5:20 p.m., Freda Gilpen reported that unknown person(s) broke the driver side window on her vehicle with an unknown projectile.
