Scott and Margo Robinson proudly announce the arrival of their daughter Charlotte Monroe Robinson, who was born on Feb. 28, 2016 at Adena Regional Medical Center. Charlotte was born at 6:45 a.m., weighing seven pounds and measuring 20 and three quarter inches. Charlotte is the granddaughter of John and Suzanne Heinz and James and Gayle Robinson. The great-granddaughter of Betty Sicker, Margaret Rulon and Dick and Pat Robinson. She is also the god-daughter of Corey and Rachel Martin.
