There was discussion about the club going to Deer Creek State Park to decorate the lodge for Christmas. The Ohio Association of Garden Clubs meet at the lodge from Region 16 and Region 9 to decorate a dozen trees. The Washington Garden Club is one club out of 10 that is invited from Region 16. Club members also discussed putting their flower beds and the flower pots to sleep for a long, winter nap.

The club will meet today at noon for a luncheon at Our Place restaurant. There will be a program pertaining to the beautiful flower, Amaryllis. The members will celebrate Christmas with a gift exchange ($10 value). The luncheon will be hosted by Linda Warfield.
