Stay one step ahead of diabetes and attend Fayette County Memorial Hospital’s (FCMH) annual Diabetes Extravaganza on Monday, Sept. 21 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Medical Arts Building 2 conference room.
This event is free and open to the public. Debra Robertson, certified wound care nurse, will present about diabetic ulcer and wound care. Mary Dye, certified diabetes educator, will be on hand to answer questions.
There will also be vendors from local organizations including pharmacies, assisted living, skilled nursing, and dentistry. Other events offered will include shoe fittings and free health screenings.
